Our dock is located on the Ohio River at mile marker 166.25, on the left bank of the river with convenient truck access to Interstate 77 as well as local rail stations. We can also provide bulk hauling services.

Aerial view of the West Virginia manufacturing facility located at 362 Waverly Road, Williamstown, WV. This facility has approximately 88 acres of usable space that includes 74,000 square feet of manufacturing which includes five manufacturing buildings.

In 2014 L.B. Foster acquired Carr Concrete, a leading manufacturer of engineered concrete products in Williamstown, West Virginia. Carr Concrete became a division of CXT. The plant serves the Eastern and Ohio Valley regions of the United States.
