Aerial view of the Hillsboro manufacturing facility located at 901 N. Highway 77. This facility has approximately 15 acres of storage area, 2,700 square feet of office space, and 111,000 square feet of manufacturing area.

In 1999, CXT was purchased by L.B. Foster Company and became a wholly owned subsidiary. In 2001, CXT expanded into its second manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, Texas. The plant serves the Southern and Central regions of the United States.
