The Nampa manufacturing facility is located at 6701 E. Flamingo Avenue. This facility has 20 acres of land; 85,000 square feet of production area, and 5,000 square feet of office.

In 1999, CXT Inc. in Spokane, Washington, was purchased by L.B. Foster Company and became a wholly owned subsidiary of L.B. Foster. In 2020 CXT moved Spokane production to Nampa, Idaho, to better position its manufacturing for the West Coast markets and expand into other precast concrete opportunities. The plant serves the Idaho and Eastern Oregon regions of the United States.
