NuWater Aerobic Treatment Units

Our precast products wastewater products are manufactured in Hillsboro, Texas, and are available from satellite yards for the following counties.

• Cleburne, TX (serving Johnson, Tarrant, Parker, Hood, Ellis, Somervell, Erath, Hill and Dallas counties)

• Belton, TX (serving Bell, Falls, Milam, Coryell, Williamson, Lampasas and Burnet counties)

• Magnolia, TX (serving Mongomery, Grimes, Harris, Waller, Washington, Brazos, Walker, San Jacinto, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Liberty counties)

NuWater Aerobic Treatment Units

• NuWater B550 - treats all applications up to 600 gallons per day

• NuWater B800 - treats applications up to 800 gallons per day

• NuWater B1000 - treats applications up to 1000 gallons per day
  Has attached 639 gallon pre-treatment tank, ATU and clarifier. An external pump chamber is required for this unit.

• NuWater B1500 - treats all applications up to 1500 gallons per day
  An external pre-treatment and pump chamber will be required for this unit.

Aerobic components Included:

• Thomas AP series aerator

• SPI dual light control panel (red = high water alarm, amber = low air pressure alarm)

• Three (3) control floats

• Diffuser stones with threaded tee

• K-Rain spray heads (two each for B550, three each for B800, B1000 and B1500)

• LBC manufacturing EZ tank liquid chlorinator

• Little Giant 20 GPM mid-suction effluent pump

• Aerator cover and base (concrete or Tuf Tite high density plastic)

• 12” of Tuf Tite riser per access point
